2. Committee Review

   • Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed by our endorsement committee. If your application aligns with our values and objectives, we will contact you to proceed to the next step.

3. Interview Process

   • Candidates who move forward will participate in an interview with the endorsement committee. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about your vision, leadership style, and how you plan to advocate for youth, working families, justice, and the environment.

4. Official Letter of Endorsement

   • After the interview process, successful candidates will receive an official letter of endorsement from SheLeads Initiative.
